The Managing Director
Lee has over 15 years experience of working in a Banking & Financial Services environment before moving to Recruitment in 2008. He has been working in Financial Recruitment across the regions for the last 10 years supplying senior, qualified, and transactional finance candidates to a range of different organisations.
His last role was as Divisional Recruitment Director for Dragons Den investor James Caan’s Recruitment business. Here he worked supplying Finance candidates for 5 years before seizing the opportunity to create Forza Talent Acquisition to focus on the Real Estate Sector.
Lee is passionate about Real Estate and is a founding investor and NED of the award-winning Placemaking Agency, Solid Ground. They have enjoyed success nationwide on some of the UK's most exciting commercial and residential schemes for the likes of Muse, Helical PLC, L&G, Bouygues, and Columbia Threadneedle.
